By submitting your payment to Sourcecod3, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accuracy Responsibility: You have verified that spelling and content are correct and assume all responsibility for typographical errors.

2. Layout Approval: You are satisfied with the document layout.

3. No Further Changes: You understand that your document will print EXACTLY as it appears on the proof, and no changes can be made once the order is approved.

4. Ownership and Authorization: You certify that you are legally authorized to utilize any design, artwork, or photograph(s) provided to Sourcecod3 for fulfilling this order. Furthermore, you indemnify, hold harmless, and agree to defend Sourcecod3, its vendors, and affiliates from any suit, claim, or demand arising from your reproduction or use of this material.

5. Color Disclaimer: Please note that the color on your monitor may not accurately represent the printed piece. Monitors use a resolution of 72 dpi and are RGB-based, whereas printing uses 300 dpi and is CMYK-based. Colors on the monitor appear brighter than they will in print. Additionally, pink may sometimes appear more orange and silver may appear more gold when pressed. While we strive for accurate color representation, Sourcecod3 is not responsible for color discrepancies. We will make every effort to fulfill your color preferences, but variations may occur.

6. Mockup Disclaimer: The design presented in the proof is a mockup. The final printed piece may vary slightly in appearance.

7. Design Ownership: The design presented herein is the exclusive property of Sourcecod3. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this design is strictly prohibited until full payment has been made. Any usage without prior written consent from Sourcecod3 is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized use, the individual or entity will be held liable for the applicable design fee.

8. General Terms & Conditions:
– Payment: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
– Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and Sourcecod3 is not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, acts of nature).
– Refunds and Returns: Refunds or returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
– Modification of Terms: Sourcecod3 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

10. Communication: Please ensure that all communication regarding your order is clear and accurate. Sourcecod3 is not responsible for misunderstandings due to unclear or incomplete instructions provided by the customer.

11. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of designs, artwork, or photographs provided to Sourcecod3. This includes obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for copyrighted materials.

12. Limitation of Liability: Sourcecod3’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question. In no event shall Sourcecod3 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
